We are seeking a talented and competitive sales coordinator to join our growing team. This full-time, salaried position (plus commission) is focused on researching leads, conducting proactive outreach, and setting qualified appointments for senior sales executives.

You’ll play a critical role in opening doors — you are not expected to close deals. Your work will directly fuel the success of our sales and growth objectives. This is a remote opportunity offering long-term career development for a driven, resilient, and coachable individual.

Role Responsibility Highlights 

  • Research and generate lists of high-potential prospects within the event industry, venue security, and large-scale event sectors
  • Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to introduce Ingressotek’s services and schedule meetings for senior executives
  • Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and maintain detailed records
  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent outreach and lead management
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets related to outbound contacts and appointments set
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to optimize outreach strategies and messaging
  • Understand and articulate Ingressotek’s solutions, including rental and resale of security screening technologies like the Evolv and OpenGate systems
  • Sustain a professional, courteous, and persistent approach across all outreach activities

Required Traits/Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of inside sales, lead generation, or outbound prospecting experience preferred
  • Strong research skills with the ability to identify key decision-makers and create high-quality lead lists
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills, particularly via phone and email
  • Resilient, coachable, and self-motivated with a positive, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets and CRM platforms is a plus
  • Preferred but not required: Understanding of crowd management solutions such as Evolv Express, OpenGate, or similar event security screening systems
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred, but relevant work experience will be considered
